Cannot praise Joy highly enough. Our mini schnauzer is not a willing grooming subject and can be quite difficult and snappy. Joy has worked with her over time to get her to a place where she can now be calmly groomed. No mean feat where other groomers gave up and I had to collect a comedy half groomed dog on several occasions. Thank you Joy!

Can’t fault the service and quality of Joy’s work, Barney always comes away looking and smelling great and I know in safe capable hands. He often doesn’t want to leave! 5* and beyond service, highly recommend to anyone.

Joy has been grooming Norman since he was 4 months old, I can honestly say that the care and love that joy puts into looking Norman is absolutely wonderful, thank you joy who is simply the best dog groomer in Swindon 🐶🐶❤️❤️

I have Yorkshire Terrier and He just love it at Pads of Joy And so do I! You walk into and it smells exactly like a people spa. The setup is stunning with individual grooming areas. Everyone is incredibly friendly: genuinely interested in the dogs, their personalities and needs. They really take time to talk to both people and dogs. Joy was amazing! I’m really fussy about my furbabie and it took me a long time to find the best, trusted gromming place and Pads of Joy it's the best one. My baby Pi love going in to Pads of Joy and don’t give me a second glance! I’m so thrilled and relieved I’ve found them! I drive 45 minutes to get there and it’s definitely worth it. Don’t hesitate to trust them with your precious pooch.
